Guest guest
Did you detox then? Perhaps you did the whole caffeine withdrawal thing while you were sick? Well, it's at least something to be grateful for in the midst of all of that junk!!!!! I think that I'll have to cut down on caffeine --- and think that I'll wait to do it until my DH's training has started. Sept 21st. Until then I need to keep everything as simple as I possibly can!!! Jane Funny I used to drink so much coffee but since I was sick I no longer crave it and when I do I am sticking mostly to decafe. Guest guest
> OKAY!!! Now when are they gonna let me have my coffee guilt free? When that > happens I will be one happy camper! > I thought I was doing it guilt free. I go to that large health food store, pick out decaffeinated beans done without chemicals, grind them, and voila!! A healthy coffee. (If anyone bursts my bubble, I will shoot them.)
