Guest guest
I just finished my last paper for the four graduate classes I had to take this summer to earn my middle school endorsement. Now I have my life back to read great eating books and post online. I've been doing great handling the stress without using food while being so stressed with school, but something strange happened today. I ate a large bowl of oatmeal and felt just wonderful. I had a pack of Oreos on my counter, and by simply telling myself that I was only going to eat 2 or 4, I caused a huge binge. I ate 2/3 of the package. I felt sick all day and didn't eat lunch. I did eat a hamburger for supper though I wasn't hungry. I was worried that I would wake up hungry and binge. I can't decide whether to finish " Shrink Yourself " or to read the chapter on emotional eating in Geneen Roth's book. " Breaking Free from Emotional Eating. " Any recommendations based upon today's experience? Knobloch Sent from my BlackBerry® wireless device from U.S. Cellular
