Dear Kim,

I got off meat and I eat lots of raw veggies and fresh fruit. I take an

antioxident with grape seed extract. I take a dry garlic capsule twice a

day, I take something called cell sparc by Aim products, which has vitamim E

and Co Qenzme, and fish oil in it. The most important thing I take is Barley

Green. I get all this stuff from a company called Aim the toll free number

Barley Green. You have to search in the old Archives and you will find alot

I have had cea since I was in my thirties and it was getting worse and

worse until I was starting to get the pimples and the itching and I looked

like I always had a horrible sunburn on my face. My face was starting to get

so sore. I went on the antibiotics and got a yeast infection. I took the

topical stuff called metrogel and it worked fairly well, but I was afraid

what it would do to me in the long run. I don't trust todays medicine. There

are more side effects then cures. Well I am 46 years old now and I changed

my diet over 2 years ago, and I am doing wonderful. I even look 10 years

younger. It doesn't happen over night, but its worth the wait. Meat is bad

for you. The meat now adays is so artificial. They pump it up with who

knows what anymore. Believe me, it affects us in alot of ways. I use Camo

Care Light therapy lotion or the lotion in the tube for my face, and wash

with Aubrey soap. Preferrably the lavender primrose soap. This stuff has

really worked for me. I not only look better but I feel a heck of alot

better. I also cleared up the psorisis I had on my leg, and brought down my

blood pressure to normal. PMS is no longer a problem for me. I use to get

it so bad, and its hardly noticeable anymore. Well this is my story. I gave

Its called fiber blend. This fiber is great. It helped my father in
