Guest guest
Hi Sara: I've also read and reread WWSHTB. I gleaned more useful ideas from my 2nd (and more) reads. In fact I notice that with most intuitive eating types of books. I initially bought " Appetite Awareness Workbook " and didn't read much before I put it down. Later I reread that book and totally embraced the ideas. That book helped me completely eliminate bingeing and emotional overeating after struggling for many years. Likewise, I continue to benefit from rereading other IE sorts of books. I've heard " When the pupil is ready, the teacher will appear. " So perhaps I needed to read certain books or parts of books at later stages of my recovery before I could fully accept and use what those books suggested. Sometimes things mean more to me on the second read. > > Sara
