Guest guest Posted February 1, 2005 Report Share Posted February 1, 2005 I was able to pop by the hospital today at around noon. I visited with for close to an hour. I thought I'd be giving her comfort, etc...but instead, she was peppy and energetic and happy and just great. So instead of offering comfort and support, I wound up peppering her with questions about the procedure and other stuff. Poor thing. I probably tired her out. Also met her very nice husband and darling daughter (chip of block). Anyway, while I was there, they said she could leave! So...she only had to be in for about 24 hours...her lap only took an hour...and she seemed really full of energy.
