I've been reading in WWSHTB about the importance of eating as soon as you're

hungry, and of keeping the food you want near you at all times in a food bag.

They put it in terms of properly caring for yourself. Before I did this, I

didn't realize how much I had been neglecting my hunger. I kind of took the

approach of 'I'll get to it when it's convenient'. Here lately, I find I'm

losing interest in eating. I'm finding it hard to satisfy my stomach hunger,

because I don't seem to have much mouth hunger. But I really have to make sure

that I satisfy that stomach hunger regardless, because it feels like my stomach

hunger is truly just enough food to get by on. If I don't fully satisfy it

(even if I'm not enjoying the food), then I start feeling weak and sick. It's

actually kind of unpleasant. I've had moments like this in the past, too, under

similar circumstances. Has anyone had this?
