Guest guest
I have wonder why they don’t add vitamin D to sun screen, can’t be absorbed via the skin? – that just seems way to logical. So for those of you supplementing... Oh, absolutely I would agree that living in Maine could leave you with fewer resources to receive/convert Vitamin D and that it's seasonal. I used to live in northern New Jersey and there was a good deal of SAD going on in the area each and every year and I wonder about the correlation. I currently live in Southern California and have for the past five years, and so it's a true puzzle to me how I could possibly be Vitamin D deficient, but someone pointed out to me recently that I almost always have sunscreen on. Isn't it ironic that in trying to protect us from one illness, we may be developing another? I'm glad your fibro pain is less. Hugs and hang in there.
