I have wonder why they don’t add vitamin D to sun screen,

can’t be absorbed via the skin?

Oh, absolutely I would agree that living in

Maine could leave you with fewer resources to receive/convert Vitamin D and

that it's seasonal. I used to live in northern New Jersey and there was a good

deal of SAD going on in the area each and every year and I wonder about the

correlation.

I currently live in Southern California and have for the past five years, and

so it's a true puzzle to me how I could possibly be Vitamin D deficient, but

someone pointed out to me recently that I almost always have sunscreen on.

Isn't it ironic that in trying to protect us from one illness, we may be

developing another?

I'm glad your fibro pain is less. :) Hugs and hang in there.
