Guest guest
I started my son on the goat yogurt about 2 months ago. He didn't like it and would only take about 1 tsp per day, reluctantly. I didn't push it, but recently he decided he likes it. Yesterday I let him have about 3/4 cup of it. Last night, he slept very little, if at all. Could the jump from 1 tsp to 3/4 cup yogurt have caused a huge die-off or something else that interrupted his sleep? His sleep has not been good for several weeks now, but he's not up all night long, usually asleep by 11:30 or 12. TIA, --, mom to , 11, SCD 4 mos. Guest guest
Yes, sure...... it could have triggered more die-off. That was a big increase all at once. I'm glad he liked it but maybe you'll have to build up more slowly. I hope he sleeps better tonight.... and you, too!
