Is an hour apart good enough? , Actually, it woudl be good to give enzymes WITH the yogurt...unless you are asking for a special reason. Naturally made yogurt would have enzymes in it, but extra enzymes might help too. If someone is feeling nervous about giving yogurt, taking appropriate enzymes (like Peptizyde for casein) would be helpful in allowing them to get the benefits of the yogurt without having to worry about potential insufficiently digested casein. I had just remembered someone's concern about enzymes consuming probiotics, so I wondered if it was a concern with yoghurt. Thanks, .
