Glad you liked the video; it's not that there's anything wrong with the celebrities looks without makeup, it's just that we aught to know the truth about how they look because too many women judge themselves as inadequate based on these fake made-up, airbrushed images.

Another thing I noticed is that the no makeup pictures are generally 'caught'

shots and how many of ANY of us look good without posing properly. I think the

most important thing we need to do regarding our 'looks' is to acknowledge that

we look GREAT! sometimes and not others. Driving ourselves mad to look 'perfect'

is as misdirecting as any prefectionistic effort will be.

LOVE the person in your mirror first and foremost. S/he is WONDERful person
