I've been taking them for years. I didn't know they were that good for the heart. Yes I'm down, but not suicidal & not out by any means. I'm sure I have mercury issues, yes but never had any tests for that or for " chelating heavy metals " or " mineral/metal assays " whatever that is. Never heard of it. Where & how do you get that done & what is it? As for the lemon/master' miracle cleanse, I'm actually allergic to citrus fruits very much so doubt I should try that one. I don't want hives all over my body, my throat & bronchials swelling up so I can't breathe & having to drive myself to the hospital or urgent clinic for a cortisone shot. Those are dangerous too but I've had them a few times for severe allergic reactions. And I own both an orange & lemon tree that both bear scads of fruit every years so isn't that ironic? I give the fruit to my neighbors who also water & tend the trees for me. So I can take up to one or two tsps of lemon juice per day in my witch's brew drink but nothing more than that. I've done lots of detoxing in my life with various things plus fasting including enemas & colonics but not about to do it anymore. Haven't got the self-discipline for it any longer & it's way too distressing & painful a process to go through. I may have infections in my jaw or under my teeth but aren't aware of it. Doesn't feel like I do anyway. Tho I know I have a few very bad teeth which are a burden on my system yes. I need to have all the uppers pulled this winter for dentures. I've been putting that off. I have only 5 teeth of my own left on top. The rest are all permanently cemented in bridge work. I also now have some very bad teeth on the bottom. Have 6 left there of my own & those will likely have to be pulled out too. There's a permanent cantilever bridge attached to those too. I have horribly bad breath & don't even want to talk to anyone anymore in person because of it. So that's kept me too reclusive too. I'm dreading having all that done & being without teeth for a month which they said is necessary in my case, getting fitted for dentures, keeping them fitted & having all that mercury going through my system again plus the antiobiotics plus the anisthetic which I'm also allergic to (novocaine). I always get very sick after teeth pulls. So I'll just buy some Primal Defense & take that which will help keep my immune system up to par & eliminate a lot of the diarrhea & other toxic fx on the body/mind afteward. Primal Defense is wonderful. Ever heard of it? You're right tho, I wouldn't be here emailing or reading or researching if I wanted to just give up. I'm too tough an old bird to just give up altogether...always have been. If I were to just give up I know many ways I could kill myself but haven't tried a single one yet & don't plan to. On the other hand I'm no where near as diligent at fighting with all this stuff as I used to be. Just trying to stay as pain-free as I can anymore. Pain is the worse part of it all you know. Is for me anyway. Thanx muchly for your support. It's greatly appreciated. I'll add that book to my list & then have to rob a bank to pay for all the books that have been recommended I read. LOL!! blessings, Caroline Re: Re: adrenal crash? If you have issues with the heart, you really need to consider taking cayenne red pepper. Check, out the book " Left for Dead " if you want more info on this. Cayenne is absolutley awesome for the heart. I was starting to get pains, and I stopped them cold with the cayenne. I can not tolerate the capsules too well, though, so I sprinkle cayenne in my water until it is hot and then some. This is a lot easier on the stomach and some have said actually better than the caps. I am not sure about the latter... Cayenne caps are also supposed to give energy. (NOw for me they don't, but I don't react to hardly anything like most people do, probably becasue I have been so sick with the mercury) You sound so down, I jsut wish there was something that would act as a magic wand. And you said you were well aware of mercury issues, right? You can have problems with mercury even if you don't have fillings. I can't remember what you said in regards to chelating heavy metals....Have you done that? Have you had you metals checked? Mineral/metal assays are very important. What about doing some cleanses like the Master's Miracle cleanse, where you are not totally straved but cleansing with the lemon? (I want to do it myself, real bad, but it is too dangerous when you are still as toxic with Hg as I am) Instructions are in the book " Healing for the Age of Enlightenment " ....Fasting can be extremely healing (I'm sure you already know that) Do you have infectons in the jaw or under you teeth? This can be a horrific burden on your body. Just tossing out ideas. I know, I know...it is all so overwhelming, but I don't think you would be here if you just wanted to give up. Those were just a few ideas off the top of my head. no doubt, you have probably already thoguht of most of them.... Just trying to help and be of support.... Guest guest
Yes. http://doctorsdata.com Actually, I think you have to have some kind of doctor, dentist or chiropractor order it for you...but otherwise it is easy to get and quite cheap. Interpretation is the key. There is even a new book on that should you decide to do this. (I think you should) But for starters, you can at least see where your toxic metals are and how your minerals are doing. My gut level guess is that you will find a lot of high level toxic metals (not only mercury) and minerals that are unbalanced, showing greatly impaired mineral transport. ~inga on 11/15/04 11:57 PM, Caroline Pollak at MamaMaha@... wrote: Is their a website for that?
