Guest guest
Than's interesting, but knowing that you are very sensitive to scent and prefer foods with certain smalls may help you understand what you really crave. I crave specific textures almost more than tastes. However, I also crave how specific foods feel in my stomach sometimes So I easily subsituted nonallergenic foods for food with my allergen ingredients, because I knew what tastes and textures I needed to feel satisfied. I think knowing yourself and your preferences is important for making intuitive eating choices. For example, I also love 'maple flavor', but I seldom want to spend time making pancakes with maple syrup. Fortunately I found some tiny maple sugar candies which are available during the holidays. 1/2-1 of those candies can satisfy my maple craving (unless I really crave the texture of syrup drenched pancakes LOL). Knowing exactly what taste, texture and body feel I want helps me satisfy my cravings. Weird of is this normal? - Georgia >
Guest guest
Georgia, you are not odd. What more that you are not only one with that scents. I didn't think about it until this morning when I am cooking some breakfast as it sound so good this time. As I started cooking and the smell seem make me feel little less hungry. Then I begin to think back in my past all those times I never stop and think enough that had been going on for years in my life yet I choice to ignored it for so many years until now as I am learning that I should at least listen to my body more often than usual. So, you know you are not only one with the smell of scent foods... Hmmm some of them smell so damn good. LOL.. Eliza
