Guest guest
, you deserve a pat on the back and hug for being able to be aware of how you are feeling about this experience! That is such a good and important step. Hooray and thanks for sharing that with us too. ehugs, Katcha IEing since March 2007 PS - I find 'blame and excuse' to be less wonderful practices, but soooo easy to do - unconsciously ;-) > > I have to admit I am 37 and never had a bar of Hershey's Cookies n Cream. > Well now PMS took me close to a bar and from being close to " let me just try it " ,I had a whole bar...and not the small one. > So you can imagine now how guilty I feel. But I am trying not to retrict and go on with my day. > Let's just blame Hershey. > I wish i could...I di feel awful > A >
Guest guest
Like Jeanne, PMS is a memory for me too. But I do remember focusing on chocolate those times. No wonder I associate chocolate with comfort ehugs, Katcha IEing since March 2007 > > , I'm 59 and haven't that kind of candy bar either. Although I've gone through the change, I still remember PMS and eating, no binging on sweets, for a solid week sometimes. I say if you enjoyed the candy and it was what you wanted to eat at the time, then you shouldn't feel guilty about it. But let me say though that if I overdose on chocolate I find all that sugar and fat doesn't set well with my aging digestive system. > > Jeanne >
