Guest guest
There have been quite a few posts here regarding lodging when undergoing medical care. When I went to out of state for an evaluation we stayed at a Ramada. They had a discount for anyone involved with the university (was at a university hospital), be it for medical care, athletics, whatever, you just had to ask. Instead of over $100 a night it was something like $46/night AND they offered a free shuttle service to the hospital. I asked the hospital itself if they knew of any places to stay that were more reasonable than my AAA book mentioned. They had websites and even mentioned the discounts. I don't know if this will help others but never hurts to ask. It was wonderful, a nice clean safe place to stay and we didn't have to drive in an unfamiliar city. Hope this is helpful to some, we need all the help we can get Luv & irises, from MT
