Guest guest
Just to introduce myself, I am looking for a new approach. I don’t really ‘diet’ but constantly think about food – when will I eat next, what will I have, how long do I have to wait, etc. It is not about being hungry most of the time. I have been able to keep my weight steady, until I got into my 40’s. I am slowing gaining weight, up 10 lbs in 18 months. I am a regular runner and that’s getting noticeably harder. I want to get back to my ‘regular’ weight and avoid the guilty feeling about eating a great meal when I step on the scale the next day. I hope I have found the right place – Amie
