Guest guest Posted August 11, 2009 Report Share Posted August 11, 2009 Hi, I just joined yesterday. I've been trying to loose weight since April and so far I've lost about 40 pounds. But I was really counting my calories on a free website. But I seem to have gotten stuck at where I'm at. And sometimes lately I'm eating more or the wrong things. I know I'm not listening to my body as I should. I'm hoping that this group will really help me in that direction. Plus I'm tired of trying to count calories.  Holly V.
