Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if any of you caught the Dr. Oz episode today? It was

quite interesting, he mentioned that many overweight people suffer from a

vitamin D deficiency and this can cause severe leg pain and cramping. I have

fibromyalgia and have long blamed that on my leg pain but in my quest to re-gain

my health I started taking vitamins about 2 months ago…including vitamin D! I

have had only very mild leg pain recently and after watching Dr Oz I am

convinced that it was the deficiency in this vitamin that caused it! I just

wanted to share that as I wish I had known it sooner, I have suffered through

several years of quite severe leg pain and never has my Dr suggested that it

might be something as simple as a vitamin deficiency!
