Hi Sharon!!

I couldn't help but notice that you are having your consult with Dr. Forse? He

did my surgery on Halloween, and I think he is the best. If you have any

questions about him, his office staff, the process, anything, please feel free

to email me okay? Also, protein drinks are not all you eat/drink. As a matter

of fact, Dr. Forse would prefer that we get all our protein from real food

sources, because he wants us to lead a normal life, and " normal " people don't

drink only protein drinks. Of course, he doesn't object if you use them,

especially if you need them. I am 11 weeks post op and I have lost 60 lbs. I

eat anything I want and I have no food intolerances.

Good luck in April

I had the IV in the arm (after several attempts at getting it in cause

my veins kept rolling. When they were ready to begin, they said turn

on your side and " Boom " I was out. I don't remember a thing until I

was in recovery. No pain.

Before a colonoscopy? Around here that would be a BIG no-no. It isn't a clear liquid AND it has a fiber content.
