It sounds like you've always been hypo to me. I got the same deal from

doctors when I was almost delirious with fever - they would tell me you have no

fever because I wasn't even at normal. I have always had a cold nose too..until

i got armour at 48. I used to say I was like a doggie with a cold nose and

that meant I was well. haha. I felt well until after my first child..then I

had episodic stuff from hypo now that i look back on it.

i think when you're just a little low...it takes a long time for all the

damage to show up. and then BOOM...it does.

the Broda method is under the arm. it's much better to do it under

the arm..because depending upon where the thermometer rests in your mouth..it

can give different results.
