Guest guest
Is there an actual diet? I mean I know that we are supposed to stick to an eleven hundred calorie diet, but I have thought, until now, that we were supposed to create it. I am having trouble too, and I have only lost three pounds within the last month. Any help anyone could give would be appreciated. LaWanda At 11:02 AM 11/6/04, you wrote: >I need help! Guest guest
If you look under " files " in the yellow box on the left you will find an example of a 1200 a day calorie diet. You can also do a search in the yahoo web search box on top and it will bring up a number of 1200 cal diet links. > > I need help! Help with this 1200 calorie diet.
