, Welcome back. I sure did miss you. Glad your dr visit went well.

Roy says he has alot going on but will be back with the group soon. Boy then

the trouble will start.LOL Miss him too. I also talked to (gabbyoreo)

and she is doing great. In fact she is taking a trip to Calif next week for

a vacation. Her words were " This is no dress rehearsal and you only live

once, so I'm doing it now while I feel so good " I'm so glad for her. I

just love to hear good news.

Welcome home again , hope you get to feeling real good soon.

I hope your marriage is wonderful. Waiting for pics.

Well, here I am. I am a married woman and of course I can't sleep but my hubby is sleeping like a baby so I'm going through my email. I'm letting him sleep because he has to get up early tomorrow and get his check from work and get it cashed.

I'll get my aunt to give me her code on her pictures so we can look them up online and I'll send them to you. We had a very nice day, even though it did rain.

More later. Have a good night all.

Sharon

Hi Jake,

Well!...More Good News to Read!!!! Congratulations on all of your really HUGE achievements!!!

I've been starting to research herbal and mineral alternatives, also. I've wanted to start the Liver Cleansing Detox Diet (a bit hard to do while still on all these meds, though). Would you be kind enough to share the herbs you are taking?

Thanks very much!,

Joan

Wow. It has been such a long time since I have posted up here. I

read as often as I can. Well here is an update on me.

I had gastric bypass surgery in June 2003. At that time I weighed

427lbs thanks to the prednisone I was on. That is heavy, but having

neurosarc....It was HELL!!! I am happy to say since my GP surgery,

I now weigh 240lbs. That is over 180lbs in 15 months.

I have still been doing alot of research on herbs and take

absolutely NO medication anymore for anything. My sarcoidosis shows

little problems. Still get headaches/vertigo at times and still

cannot run. My legs just dont get the nerve impulses that quickly.

I can walk from here to eternity though.

I have one more year to go before I take my RN exam here in NY.

After that, its off to Grad School to become a Nurse Practioner. I

also am on the Dean's List. Not bad for a 32 year old college boy,

huh?

I would not change one second of my life including what I went

through with this illness. It made me strong and that is where my

will to do this is coming from.

Well let me know how you are all doing.

Hello to all the people who have joined in the last few months also.

Jake
