Guest guest Posted October 7, 2009 Report Share Posted October 7, 2009 Hello everyone, I am currently reading " Wehn Women Stop Hating Thier Bodies " and I love it so far. I am doing well with not restricting (because I have ahistory of that) and eating what I want moderately without fear (I had a bite of cake the other day...not none and not four slices, but a bite and felt normal!) and it was awesome. I am hoping and trusting this will help decrease my obsession with food. I am still emotionally eating though and have been bingeing more this week than I have in the past few months. I know it is not going to get better right away, but I ccould use some suggestions on tools and willingness to use them. Are there any mantras or exercises or affirmations any of you say in the morning or throughout the day to help you get in the mindset to practice IE? Or to even break through the fear and develop the willingness to get in that mindset? Love to hear your experience and suggestion.
