Guest guest
, one demon at a time - lol. Really, if you ARE hungry or even just feeling a need to eat ANYtime, giving yourself permission to eat then and what you want is the best way to slay that demon. 'Not eating after X PM' is reight up there with the 'clean plate club' and all those other cliches that diet mentality would have us cling to. Waving bye-bye to these can be challenging, but really do you want 'them' running YOUR life?!? You can and will take 'command', just do it at a pace and way that makes sense and suits you. Great sharing the IE journey with you. Katcha IEing since March 2007 > > Spot on comments from Georgi who seems to strike at the heart of the successful IE model. But that's ALL I know about this. Truth be told, I haven't gotten past that inner demon (you know the one who comes knocking at your door with a plate full of brownies at 12 midnight) toward adoption of a sort of triage approach - sensing, intuiting, integrating and acting. I seem to be a quick fix kind of gal after dark. My greatest fear? That I may never get this inner conflict distilled and find peace within. > > Thank you for allowing this venue. > > >
