As a moderator, the site looks (and responds) differently for me, so I am hoping that you regular members can help me out with understanding this better. 1) Have you accessed the Book List in the Files Section? 2) Which browser do you use? (I use Firefox) 3) How have you signed into the group site - signing onto Yahoo first and then to Groups, or directly to Yahoo Groups? I appreciate feedback and hope that I can make corrections to overcome such difficulties. The Book List is in Word – so maybe that is her problem/issue? Jolene Group assistance please Hello everyone. The Book List is a WordPad created document (.rtf = rich text format), although it can be opened in Word too. I don't have Word (Microsoft Office) so use WordPad, which is included in all Microsoft operating systems and accessible for all.
