Having surgury in three weeks! at North Shore University

Hello all,

hope you are all doing well.I am posting to ask for help and prayers . i am

scheduled to have surgury in three weeks with Dr. Milhorat and Dr. Bolgnese.

I will be at North Shore University. First off if there is anyone out there

that has had surgury at this hospital please contact me. I am curious as to

what to expect.

Also i am wondering if any of you have any suggestions or helpful advice. I

have seen the list of what you should take to the hospital. However i was

wondering if there is anything else I should know.

As the date draws closer i find myself getting very nervous and at times

scared. Please i am asking for prayers ..and anything else that helped you

get thru this a little easier.

Also i know someone posted before about a place motel or something.where her

husband stayed. If any one has info in that department it would be most

helpful. as the hotels the hospital recommends are $150 a night ..and there

doesnt seem to be much else.I will be there about a week and that gets

expensive for us at $150 a night ...not to mention food for hubby or taxi

fares back and forth to hospital.
