Guest guest
For me, heat alone or cold alone does not trigger my rosacea. (Wind, however, is another matter. A cold wind is murder on my skin.) What bothers my skin is going from heat to cold and particularly from cold to heat. After I come inside from a cold day, 15-30 minutes later I can count on a warm feeling spreading from my neck up to the top of my head. This isn't such a bad feeling but of course it means I am flushing. Guest guest
Margie If spend a few hours in heat of only 30 degrees centigrade my face just gets redder and redder. My body does not seem able to dissipate the heat well enough. However, moving from cool outdoor conditions to a warm room brings on a flush very quickly. How bad and how quickly depends on the contrast in temperatures. Once again, we are all different. Terry D
