definately! I know about long-term at induction levels it does get

to be a challenge at times esp. at the beginning.

Sounds like you " re doing great rememember the veggies :)

Yes I have been I just noticed that it had a lot of carbs and in

induction that is more than I have. :) It's hard to stay under 20

sometimes. :)
