Guest guest
Eliza I had to smile when I read your post. Not directly because of anything you wrote (which was lovely too), but because I have recently come back in touch with a cousin and she is . . . selling 'healthy' chocolate! Now this isn't an endorsement not sales pitch for her or it, but the reason I am mentioning it was because it was so funny and interesting to me. It seem that someone claims that less processed and more pure cocoa makes this wonderfully healthy item. The irony for me is that while I have been and still enjoy chocolate - its the milk chocolate type, not semi-sweet or even 'ultra dark' that I like the best. Oh well, that's me!! If any one here has tried this stuff, I would love to hear what you have to say about it. :) Katcha IEing since March 2007 > > From what I have reading all postings on chocolate. I got to admit I think this is odd to think such bad thing about chocolate. Guess what I did quite several researching that chocolate is good for health. Really, only if people know how to listen their body said needs little more or enough is enough. I still eat chocolate to this day but I don't eat them everyday because I am learning to listen my body tell me enough is enough. Lately I eat only 1 or 2 pieces of sugar free chocolate for my pleasure but not special treats. > > Chocolate has high calicums which is what part of health. Yeah, when it come to candies and I end up do a lot of researching to comparing. Just to satisfy my curious. > > Eliza >
