Guest guest
I'm confused. I seem to be the type of person that is easily confused. Overeating makes me more confused. So I look forward to the day when I can make more sense of things via intuitive eating. As I mentioned before, I'm seeing an RD and also studying the AAT book by Craighead (which I discovered is on Katcha's book list here -thanks Katcha for the list.) The problem is - I am bingeing now more than ever. I started out okay but I just seem to be doing horribly now. The RD and I discuss the basic things - waiting till my hunger is at a certain level, then eating whatever I chose to eat, then stopping at moderate fullness. Sounds easy enough, right? Consequently, I am experiencing alot more anxiety because I know I have gained all the weight back that I lost last year on a diet program. My RD says this will take awhile and that I really have to recognize the baby steps of progress. I do trust this way of eating but I guess I dont trust myself. I'm glad I found this group. Have a great day everybody! Deb
