Guest guest
PS Once I quit smoking within just a few months alcohol became something that just went away as well. The thought of Wine or beer or alcohol makes me feel sick today. Perhaps if you can figure out something is in fact truely bad for you you can give it up easier. For me with a possible you might be diabetic scare...sugar and too much of that is on the outs for me with no problem. I see it as dangerous - wrong for me and it easier to being giving up. I was in the store yesterday with the ole buy three get three free candybar deal. Still had a long drive home and wanted something not sure what. I love Herseys with almonds and was getting set to get my share. The line in the store was too long and I was going to have to wait too long behind tons of people with grocery carts filled to the brim, and set them down and walked out instead. Didnt feel deprived or upset about it. I can get and eat those things later or not at all. There have been times in my life where under no circumstances would I have left the bag of potato chips or cookies or whatever and gone on instead.
