I have a feeling yours will be pretty low. leave the thermometer under your arm for 10 minutes. cindi

Guest guest
Yes, that is definitely hypo. But please do not up with the T3 too fast. Your body needs several weeks to get adjusted to it... Margreet. > I am having cold hands, feet and even the end of my nose!!! I haven't taken my temp, but, could this possibly be related to hypo? Guest guest
I can't stay in bed for 10 minutes. The minute I wake up I have to head for the bathroom because my back teeth are floating. That's what wakes me up in fact. I'd have to go back to bed to take my temp then. Would it be the same? C Re: Cold hands and feet do I use a special kind of thermometer? this is just a basic put in your mouth digital .After the ten minutes, do I add one degree to whatever is says since it has been under my arm? Thanks for being patient with all my questions. Guest guest
I was taught you had to take the temperature before you did any moving around at all for it to be an accurate basal temp. But I have a queston too: I have a different thyroid chart that HRC used for basal temps. On that chart normal temp for thyroid measurement is 97.5 - 98.1 (based on basal temps.) I that what was being suggested here too? ~Inga on 11/11/04 9:30 PM, Caroline Pollak at MamaMaha@... wrote: I can't stay in bed for 10 minutes. Guest guest
it is also a sign of anemia, heart issues. That is the problem, so many of our symptoms overlap Re: Cold hands and feet In a message dated 11/11/2004 5:23:44 PM Eastern Standard Time, klb58@... writes: > I am having cold hands, feet and even the end of my nose!!!
