I bet everyone could send in there ideas and we could have a " top ten things to do instead of binge eating " who knows maybe it will be funny enough to send in to Letterman. On a more serious note....I always think when someone has a problem a great distraction is to HELP someone who needs help worse. I would put in there....hop in the car and go visit some elderly person that never gets any company. Call a shut in. Write a letter to a congressman about changing the laws to make insurance Pay for the surgery with out such a fight. If you have internet...you could get a glass of icewater and sit down and find the websites of some people that can help make an impact for others.....ie Oprah. Send them a note online...I did that today ..I wrote and told her about the fight morbidly obese persons are having with insurance companies. I suggested she have someone like Dr R on the show. Come one everyone......send in your ideas...IF anger prompts your binge eating......like it has me...I lock myself in the laundry room until it looks like a new place.......IT passes time ,Makes me feel better....and my husband loves it too.....lol Pre op pending insurance approval

Guest guest
It appears when you get the feeling to binge. you can onlyhold about 2 tablespoons and sweets are off limits and pop and fats so it sort of limits what you can binge on and you can only eat about every four hours so the binging is a thing of the past for me. I got restless the other day and wanted something but my stomach won't allow me todo it. So i had a cracker and started my needlework to get my mind off of it and then i went out side and got some exercise.
Guest guest
Gosh that was great. I cn't imagine giving a baby Mountain Dew or child for that matter unless you want them bouncing off the walls.
