Robynn:

Yes, I am thrilled.

The reason for the second surgery is rather common. Since you never

know exactly how each individual's skin will react to surgery, it is

often necessary to do " revision " surgery to get it to the point where

you want it.

My first surgery was to be an abdominoplast and male breast

reduction. After seeing how flat my chest went after the first

surgery, the doc decided to go less invasive with liposuction.

After we examined the results, we decided that revision surgery was

necessary.

Does that answer your question>

Did Kaiser do your reconstructive surgery? I am having

a hard time getting them to do it for me.

Hello New:

Yes, a Kaiser surgeon did my reconstuctive surgery, however, Kaiser

did not cover the cost; I did. It cost me $14,000.00

Yes, that is a big chunk of change, and yes, I believe that Kaiser

should cover reconstructive surgery for WLS patients.

But I was unwilling to wait. I'm so happy that I did this.
