I read a few pages of the article and found it 'diety' enough for me to not want to read more. I can see where this article would be a good 'door opener' for people who want to exit the diet stage, but I found too much diet mentality in this article to include it as a link for members here. I hope that doesn't sound too 'pure-ist', but its too easy to feel like being between the boat and the pier for newbies and I'm afraid this article would promote that.
