Some folks have said they really like the Uncle Ben's (my wife can't stand it though LOL). I'll usually buy the store brand, although I have some Nishiki in the cabinet as well. Basmati is a well liked type of rice, although I didn't care for the texture of the Basmati brown rice at all (too sticky). > is the minute rice ok?
