Guest guest
Printing these and hanging up by my computer (and mirror!) right now! GREAT stuff Sara! J Jolene I want to create a new daily mantra for myself. I choose to see all bodies as interesting and beautiful in their diversity, including my own. I choose to be completely peaceful with food. I will no longer apply negative labels to the foods I choose to eat. I will allow my body's cravings to guide my food choices, with no judgment. I will eat what I want, as soon as I'm hungry, until I'm satisfied. I will address my thoughts and feeling directly without judgment, while being kind to myself.
