Guest guest
Hello to all, I have a question ---- spawned from my latest report. Guess I'm grabbing at straws right now, but need to get some input on this thing. I am reported to have diminished CSF flow anterior to the neuraxis at the level of the carniocervical junction, and no flow can be distinguished over the cerebellar hemispheres dorsally or over the tonsils. OK, I know there is no CSF flow posterior, and diminished flow anterior. What I am wondering is, what happens when the anterior flow is completely blocked ??? The brain is suppose to, more or less, be constantly " bathed " by the CSF --- what if it's not ?? Am I making any sense here ?? Seem to be having a little problem getting these thoughts out of my head and into my fingertips. One of those wonderful Chiari moments, I suppose ;o) Hope you all have a wonder New Year --- may 2002 bring on some break-through treatment and or cure for us all. Rainbows to you all, Grammy
