Getting ready for moving

As everyone know that the moving to anywhere even just not very far but can be

extreme stressful that a plus can be trigger fall into binging big time which

did happen to me for years. Odd enough not this time as I am getting stuff ready

for December to move. I just take thing slow and work on packing little at a

time. I even keep some of foods hand by just in case I get feel anxious and

decide to eat even if not really hungry. I have noticed I didn't eat much unless

I am hungry with all this stress to get everything ready to go.

I feel proud of myself for handling this stress really good without turn to

foods for comfort.

Bravo for you Eliza! And congratulations on achieving this level of IE for

yourself too. I'm guessing that your move, while stressful at this moment, is

really going to be a positive change for you too.

Good luck with your move. December is not such a good time to move. Where do

you live?
