Guest guest Posted April 28, 2003 Report Share Posted April 28, 2003 Beth, I was reading your post about your daughter . She sounds identical to my 's abscence. She too has approx 70-100 a day. Along with that she has grand mals, and 5 other types. She is on Lamictal,Depakene and Diastat. started the diet in Jan. We have yet to see a change in seizures. But we are going to persevere onward. Alot of tweaking and fine tuning to be done with it. , like is 5 and entering kindergarten in the fall. It is almost a joke because she misses so much school now. She is suppose to go 5 days a week from 9-12:30. She is only able to make 3 days at the most and from 10-12:30. I just hope we can get the diet to kick in this summer before school starts. I am 2.5 monthes out and am down from a size 30 (sometimes a 32) Definitly a 4x with Lane ! I am now down to a comfortable size 24 and edging in on 22.
