Guest guest
What kind of high iodine food did you eat last night, may I ask? C Re: Hangover/upping my amount of Armour Thank you Janie!!! I wanted to see what would happen if I ate a high iodine food, so last night I tried..and low and behold, this morning, achy, painful joints, almost felt like I had a hangover..ugh...I do want to up my dose myself, from 1.5 grains...so, question?...where do I order Armour from and what increments do I start with? Thank you. Kerry
Guest guest
Might be the MSG they put in chinese food. I used to have major problems with that. I haven't had any for about a year but when I found out how bad MSG is for me, I always requested they didn't use it. Still they salt everything to death anyway & heaven knows what other ingredients they add to their sauces. The sweet & sour is especially bad for us. But I love it anyway. What a shame I love all the stuff that's bad for me to eat. I'm mostly eating foods lately that taste more like carboard or plastic to me. Can't even enjoy a good meal anymore. Why live??? C Re: Hangover/upping my amount of Armour I still have that microwave popcorn, never noticed a difference, but I don't eat it often. I do however notice a big difference when I eat out at two different Chinese food places. Their food just kills me and makes me feel awful for a day or two. ughh! And I just adore good chinese food! lol. It sucks! sandyE~Houston
