Guest guest
Hi Joy, I use the patches a lot and find them quite helpful now that I am going back to work! I use it while I am working at the first sign of increasing pain--usually about 3 hours from the time I start. The 12 hours on/then off rule is not something you have to stick rigidly to as I usually fall asleep in the evening with mine still on and it falls off during the night...this has had no ill effects. For me, by doing it this way, it keeps me from having to take more oral pain meds. Just go by trial and error and find out which way works best for you. Christmas hugs, Sue J.
