20 gram veggies list is WITHOUT substracting fiber

A later post by Dottie confirmed that the veggies in that list are

calculated WITH fiber so if you deduct fiber you can have even more.

Another thread on that BB mentions that deducting fiber lets you make

smarter choices about your carbs - that is, it lets you have veggies. I

agree that it makes sense to get most of your carbs from veggies and

without deducting carbs that sometimes means having 2 tomatoes only per

day, or something like that.
