There are several people here who have quit and can hopefully give you help. I've never smoked so I can't help you with tips. However, I can give you support and I'm not offended by the discussion. Wishing you much success with all of your endeavors. Beth Hi all. Long day at work today. Thanks for all of the support on quitting smoking. I didn't mean to change the focus of the group. I am going to set a date, get some patches, and just do it. Hopefully, my DH won't leave me...LOL. However, I really did join this group to get support to get me moving again on losing weight, I weigh 3 times a week. I was down 1 1/2 pounds this morning. Every little bit is a victory. I know with God's help and yours, I can do both. AND I WILL!!!! I am enjoying getting to know all of you. Thanks for your help.
