When I was working with Gillian and was going through that, she said feeling Fat (or in your words " huge " )is not a feeling. She would ask me what is really going on. Often times it was something much more and very, very deep. Can you figure out what emotions you are feeling? Was there an event that has triggered these feelings? Can you look back over your life and see if there is another time(s) that you have felt this same way, the same feelings? And then can you find some way to nurture yourself (without food)?
