Guest guest
Dear Fresh, We are so glad you come here, we will support you weather you weigh 500 lbs or 200 lbs or 150. We all have known the heartache and physical ace of not being well due to obesity. I honestly don't think weighing more or less makes any difference. We all made the leap of faith to publicly acknowledge our obesity and to share our life experiences as we journey towards healthier lives and smaller bodies. No matter your starting point, it doesn't take much time to see the changes that will take place, the biggest change I noticed was the way I felt, and that was truly a GIFT!!! I honestly believe if I hadn't made the decision to get healthy and have this surgery a year ago, I would dead by now. I wasn't a healthy woman by any stretch of the imagination. Going through the process and waiting for surgery, I lost nearly 40 lbs and that was the first step, though I still dumped when I ate something too sweet or too fatty I began feeling better. Then I had my surgery, OH HOLEY MOLEY, I had such an increase in energy I was absolutely shocked. I keep thinking I must have been moving at a sloth's pace before, now I have places to go and things to do and I go go go. So jump in, the water feels good and there's always more room in the pool! Warmest, Debi --- fresh101start wrote: > Hi Everyone... > > I hope I have come to the right place...but I have > soooo much weight > to loose in comparison to most posters then I might > not be?! > > I'm 40ish & very, very morbidly obese (228kg's / > 503lbs) on the > surgeons scales 2 weeks ago.
