Guest guest
Pam, You danced not just a little, but the entire night, and didn't even have a glistening effect from sweat!!! I still sweat...and will never glisten!!! Dawn Re: Pam , I was also a diabetic before. I couldn't wear my seat belt. I can put that on now with one hand and not even trying. I couldn't sit in a chair with arms so I didn't go to the movies. I couldn't dance a whole song with braking into a full sweat. I went to Dawns wedding and Danced like a crazy person, all night. My back ,feet and my knees hurt ALL the time. I just barley fit into our Jacuzzi, now the kids go to bed and My Husband and I both get into the jacuzzi with plenty of room. I have a different relationship with my husband now good and bad (I think we will make it). Ya-know I could go on and on. Mostly I feel like I WANT to address my issues and I love to live now. After surgery Complications:: Thinking of what could go wrong is really scary. I have two kids and was worried about it. We had a will drawn up with what I wanted for my kids. My husband thought it was silly but I needed it. He did it for me. I did have a small blood clot. It was no big deal it fixed on it's own. I had a LOT of PAIN in the hospital but , not everyone does and REMEMBER it is only temperory. I slept on the chair in my living room for about 2 and 1/2 weeks cause I couldn't lye flat. FOOD:: learning to eat again is really different for everyone. I took it slow. Vomiting sucks,LOL I'm still learning. Guest guest
I'm so glad people are learning from each others experiences. It really does help to know we're not alone in this " nightmare " we call life! Dawn
