I'm going to have to slow down or stop reading/writing on this list for a while.

Probably will have to go " no mail " .

I've got my new car now & will have to catch up with lots of delayed projects,

errands, appointments & other details I've left unattended without a car.

Also my eyes are too tired to be spending this much time online. It's too much

computer work & I just can't keep up with it all without pushing myself too much

& getting overtired. I'm stll in overwhelm with all the information anyway.

I can't even do Dr. Rind's adrenal/thyroid test cuz my printer isn't working &

I'm not about to write it all out by hand. So even if my adrenals are fried,

it'll just have to wait for another day. I can only do so much here. I'm on the

Armour now & will up the dosage as suggested by . I'll be back with

questions as necessary but only for that.

So I won't be on this list much for a while. We'll see how it goes after I get

more caught up here & get more rest.

Blessings,

Caroline

Caroline, I never printed that test. Just looked at the screen and

answered the questions in my head.

It's too long & complicated for me to remember everything in that test. I

printed it out & will do it later for my own records.

YES! Give yourself a rest. I don't know you and am new here but noticed you

have been contribiting a lot to the site a lot. (I was doing the same thing

for awhile at sandcarver YAHOO site so I now how it gets. These sites are

GREAT but can also consume us if we are not careful.)

Give yourself a break and get the rest you need.
