Guest guest Posted June 24, 2001 Report Share Posted June 24, 2001 Dear Rick, I have had dizzy spells both in and out of the hospital. Of course I'm a diabetic who is insulin dependent and sometimes low blood sugars can account for the dizzyiness, but some of it has occurred both before and during an attack. I'm sorry that you are having this problem. It can be so disabling at times and make you more nauseated. Good luck to you Rick!
