I am new at all this. But i found some recipes on the web for the

ketogenic diet, and i dont know how to figure out the calories, and

how much to give . her ratio is 3.5:1. what that means i dont

know. umm.. you see all i have been doing is making the dinners and

stuff that the doctor gave us when she started the deit, and she is a

little tired of having all the same foods. i want to make her

something else but i dont know how to figure out how much to give

her. I feel very stupid at this point in time.

Most of us use the Stanford mealplanner program that someone else gave you the

link for..... it's a real lifesaver. It is free to download but you do have to

have Excel in order to run it. I honestly don't know how I could have done this

diet for over two years without that planner program. Since each child's diet

stats are different, you really have to have the recipes customized and the

planner allows you to do that. You'll be an expert in no time at all. Don't

worry about feeling stupid.... you're not..... it's just a LOT to take in all at

once. No such thing as a question you can't ask around here.
